Summary: Great location and outlook over Coller's Beach (which is dog friendly). Also a short walk along the beach front to Mollymook main beach. The upstairs of the property (main living area and 3 bedrooms) were well presented and spacious for our group of 9 in the communal living areas. The downstairs of the property (2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette) is woeful. Musty, dark and in serious need of updating. Unfortunately the downstairs area did not appear to have been aired for sometime and was also dusty/ mouldy. The fans in this area were unusable due to mould and rust. We also had some additional issues with a dirty bbq which had not been cleaned prior to our stay and resulted in much back and forth with the agency and promises to have to cleaned prior to Christmas Day however unfortunately this did not occur. Some of the kitchen appliances were also food encrusted and a cleaner was eventually dispatched by the agency to address some of these concerns.
